Corporate Signature du contrat cadre en vue de l’acquisition de Lyxor par Amundi Finalisation

Amundi et Société Générale annoncent avoir signé, en avance sur le calendrier initialement envisagé, le contrat cadre en vue de l’acquisition de Lyxor1 par Amundi; pour mémoire l’entrée en négociation exclusive avait été annoncée le 7 avril dernier2.

La finalisation de cette transaction est attendue en fin d’année 20213, sous réserve d’obtention préalable des autorisations des autorités réglementaires et de la concurrence compétentes.

Parmi les activités de Lyxor, certaines activités sont exclues du périmètre de la transaction et conservées par Société Générale: (i) la gestion structurée à destination des clients des activités de marché de Société Générale et (ii) les activités d’asset management dédiées à l’épargne réalisées pour le compte de Société Générale (réseaux et banque privée) telles que la structuration de solutions d’épargne, la sélection de fonds et la supervision des sociétés de gestion du Groupe
