Assemblée Générale d’Amundi : Vote de toutes les résolutions avec un taux d’approbation moyen de 98,49 %

L’Assemblée Générale des actionnaires d’Amundi s’est tenue le vendredi 24 mai 2024.

Avec un quorum de 91,18 %, l’Assemblée a approuvé l’ensemble des résolutions proposées par le Conseil d’Administration, avec un score moyen de 98,49 %.

Après approbation des comptes de l’exercice clos le 31 décembre 2023, l’Assemblée générale ordinaire d’Amundi a notamment approuvé la distribution d’un dividende de 4,10 € par action. Ce dividende sera détaché le 3 juin 2024 et mis en paiement à partir du 5 juin  2024.
