Corporate Fusion effective des entités de Lyxor avec Amundi en France

Amundi annonce la fusion des sociétés Lyxor Asset Management et Lyxor International Asset Management dans Amundi Asset Management à compter du 1er juin 2022.

A cette occasion, Lionel Paquin, membre du Comité Exécutif d’Amundi, est nommé Directeur Adjoint du métier Actifs Réels. Edouard Auché est nommé Responsable des Fonctions Transverses et Support du Pôle Opérations, Services et Technologie.

Pour rappel, lors de l’annonce du closing de l’acquisition de Lyxor le 4 janvier dernier, Arnaud Llinas a été nommé Responsable de la ligne métier ETF, Indiciel et Smart Beta et Nathanaël Benzaken Responsable d’Amundi Alternatives.
