Matthieu Guignard commence sa carrière en tant que vendeur à la Société Générale. Ensuite, il rejoint AXA Investment Managers comme Responsable de l'Ingénierie Produit de 2000 à 2004, avant de devenir Responsable de la Gestion des Fonds Indiciels de 2004 à 2006, puis Co-Responsable de la plateforme EasyETF de 2006 à 2008. Il intègre Amundi en juin 2008 en tant que Responsable du Développement Produit ETF, pour lancer la nouvelle gamme d’ETF avant d’être nommé, en 2014, Responsable Mondial du Développement Produit et des Marchés de Capitaux chez Amundi ETF, Indiciel & Smart Beta.

Matthieu Guignard est titulaire d'un master en Management de l'EDHEC Business School.
