Amundi announces the appointments of Alice Sireyjol as Deputy Head of ESG Development, Edouard Dubois as Head of Voting, Hélène Champollion-Morel as Head of Advocacy.

Alice Sireyjol, Deputy Head of ESG Development

Prior to joining Amundi, Alice was a senior manager in the consulting firm EY in Paris. As a sustainability specialist, she advised companies from various sectors to decrease their environmental impact, rethink their supply chain and transform their business model to drive superior resilience and innovation.

Before EY, Alice worked during 6 years in London. She was a manager in the sustainable development team of PwC where she led natural capital impact measurement projects. Before that, Alice was a research analyst at Trucost, the leading ESG data and intelligence firm.

During her career, Alice also brought her expertise to many cross-sectors initiatives such as the TNFD (Taskforce on Nature Related Disclosures) or VBA (Value Balancing Alliance).

Alice is an agro-economist from the Institut Agro Rennes-Angers and holds a specialised master from HEC Paris.

Edouard Dubois, Head of Proxy Voting

Edouard Dubois is appointed Head of Proxy Voting within the ESG Research, Engagement and Voting team.

Prior to joining Amundi, Edouard had been advising issuers and investors on their engagement practices since 2019, first as a partner in the consulting firm SquareWell Partners, and then as Head of Stewardship and Engagement at ISS ESG.

Previous to this, Edouard was with BlackRock first in San Francisco in 2013, then in 2014 he moved to London where he was in charge of voting and engagement for various European markets.

Edouard began his career in France where he worked as a corporate governance analyst at ISS and then at BNP Paribas Asset Management.

Edouard Dubois studied Law at Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II and Kyushu University (Japon).

Hélène Champollion-Morel, Head of Advocacy

Hélène Champollion-Morel joins Amundi from Mirova, the affiliate of Natixis Group dedicated to sustainable investing, which she joined in 2015, before being appointed Head of Communications in 2017.

She joined Natixis CIB in 2011, where she spent four years working in the sectoral coverage analysis team.

Prior to this, she worked two years as a financial journalist with the Leaders League group from 2010.

Hélène began her career in 2007 at Deloitte Financial Advisory, as an analyst in the valuation and modelling team.

Hélène graduated from HEC business school in Paris.
