Appointments

Amundi is announcing some changes in its corporate governance, with a view to amplify its growth and its development.

These changes will strengthen the focus on clients, support the development in high-growth regions and market segments, and will allow to pursue the company's transformation.

Within the General Management Committee:

  • Fannie Wurtz, Head of the Distribution & Wealth Division, ETF & Passive Business Lines, now also oversees Amundi's activities in Asia.
  • Olivier Mariée, Head of Joint-Ventures, now also oversees International Partner Networks.
  • Céline Boyer-Chammard, Head of Sustainable Transformation and Organization, now also oversees the Marketing and Products business line.
  • Cinzia Tagliabue is appointed CEO of Amundi in Italy.

Within the Executive Committee:

  • Eric Bramoullé is appointed CEO of Amundi in the United Kingdom.
  • Alice de Bazin is appointed CEO of CPR Asset Management.
  • Gilles Cutaya is appointed Head of Marketing and Products.
  • Gabriele Tavazzani is appointed Head of Joint-Ventures Business Development.

Fannie Wurtz, Head of Distribution & Wealth Division, ETF & Passive Business Lines, in charge of supervising Amundi businesses in Asia, General Management Committee member

Fannie is heading the Distribution & Wealth Division and the ETF & Indexing Business Lines since 2021.

In her role, she is notably responsible for leading Amundi’s engagement with strategic Private, Wealth & Asset Managers partners around the world. She is also in charge of supervising Amundi businesses in Asia excluding Japan, as well as in Spain and Switzerland.

Previously, Fannie led the growth of Amundi’s ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta business line for five years before taking over as head of the business line in 2016.

Fannie has extensive experience in sales and business development, acquired at State Street, KPMG, Fidelity and Schroders, before joining Amundi in 2011.

She holds a Master’s Degree from ESC Bordeaux and is a certified Independent Corporate Board Director (Sciences Po 2019). She is a member of the Board of Directors of CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe) and Vice-President of the Association Française de la Gestion Financière (AFG). Fannie has been named one of Financial News’ 100 most influential women in finance.


Olivier Mariée, Head of Amundi's International Partner Networks & Joint-Ventures, General Management Committee member

Olivier Mariée has spent part of his career within Axa Group. He joined Axa in 1992 as Sales Manager in Axa France's Prévoyance & Patrimoine agent network. In 1997, he was appointed Head of Private Banking at AXA Investment Managers. After holding a number of senior positions in Japan and the UK, Olivier became Marketing Director of the AXA Group from 2009 to 2012. He was then appointed CEO of Axa Wealth Management and Head of Life & Savings business lines at Axa France, where he oversaw the activities of 3,500 employees. In 2017, he became Sales Director of Axa France, before becoming Chairman and CEO of Direct Assurance in January 2020.

Olivier Mariée joined Amundi in September 2021 as CEO of CPR Asset Management and member of Amundi's Executive Committee. He is then appointed Head of Joint-Ventures and joined the General Management Committee in 2023. In September 2024, he became supervisor of Austria.

Olivier is also a member of the supervisory board of Nextstage Evergreen, and a member of the boards of SBI Funds Management Ltd in India, Amundi SGR in Italy, and Spirica.

Olivier Mariée graduated from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (Paris).


Céline Boyer-Chammard, Head of Sustainable Transformation and Organization, Amundi, General Management Committee member

Céline joined Amundi in 2022. She heads the Transformation and Organization Division, which oversees the Transformation, CSR, Marketing and Products, Communications and General Services departments. Prior to joining Amundi, she was a Managing Director and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and worked in the Paris, Cologne and Boston offices. At BCG, she specialized in the strategic, technological and sustainable transformation of financial institutions. In particular, she worked with the Crédit Agricole Group (CASA and Amundi) for several years.

Céline holds a degree from l’Ecole Polytechnique and l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. She also holds a MBA from INSEAD.


Cinzia Tagliabue, CEO of Amundi in Italy, General Management Committee member

Cinzia has over 30 years’ experience in financial services with UniCredit focusing both in investment and distribution, and she has been working in the investment industry since 1980. Cinzia has been a member of the Capital Italia SICAV Board and the Aviva Board.

Cinzia joined Amundi from Pioneer Investments in 2018, where she had been CEO of Italy and Head of Western Europe & Latin America since 2001.

She was then appointed CEO of Amundi in Italy, and Deputy Head of the International Partner Networks division. Cinzia also became a member of Amundi's General Management Committee in 2020, and was appointed Head of the International Partner Networks Division in March 2022.

Cinzia is also Vice-President of Assogestioni.

 

Eric Bramoullé, CEO of Amundi in the United Kingdom, Executive Committee member

Eric Bramoullé has been with Amundi group for over 25 years. He was most recently Head of Marketing & Products after holding the positions of CEO of Amundi South Asia from 2018 to 2021, CEO at Amundi Austria from 2015 to 2018, and CEO at Amundi Poland from 2013 to 2015.

Prior to this, Eric was Head of Retail Networks Equity Management from 2010 to 2013, and Deputy Head of Equity fund management from 2007 to 2010 at Societe Generale Asset Management. Before that, he served as Vice President of the Investment Risk & Process Control department for SBI funds Management in India. Eric started his career as equity portfolio manager at Societe Generale Asset Management in 1999.

Eric Bramoullé holds a Master of Bank & Finance from La Sorbonne University. He is a certified Financial Analyst from the EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies).

 

Alice de Bazin, CEO of CPR Asset Management, Executive Committee member

Alice de Bazin joined Amundi in 2015 in the Business Solutions and Innovation department, subsequently heading the team in 2018. She has played a significant role in developing innovative strategies and offers for institutional clients. In 2020, she became Head of Institutional Offering and Solutions, a team responsible for designing (Business Solutions and Innovation team), evaluating (Pricing team) and promoting (Marketing teams) the institutional offering, contributing to the institutional division's business development efforts. In 2022, Alice expanded her responsibilities as Global Head of Institutional Business Development Support, encompassing RFPs and relationships with global consultants.

Alice holds a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Business School and a Master's degree in Theoretical and Applied Economics from the Paris School of Economics.

 

Gilles Cutaya, Head of Marketing & Products, Amundi, Executive Committee member

Gilles Cutaya has been part of Amundi Group since 2015 and counts over 20 years of in-depth experience in asset management. He was most recently Deputy Head of Marketing & Products, and Head of Strategy & Innovation within the division (2021 – 2024).

His career includes key managerial positions as Head of Marketing, Communication, and International Development for CPR Asset Management from 2015 to 2021, and Deputy CEO of CPR Asset Management between 2019 and 2021. From 2007 to 2016, he held several strategic roles at Lyxor Asset Management from Global Head of Client Relations & Services to Head of Marketing & Strategy after serving as Product Engineer at Axa Investment Managers from 2004 to 2007. Gilles started his career in 2000 at Selftrade as a Product Manager before joining Societe Generale Asset Management in 2002 as a Project Manager consultant.

Gilles Cutaya holds a Master’s Degree from Ecole Superieure de Commerce Bordeaux (Kedge Business School).

 

Gabriele Tavazzani, Head of Joint-Ventures Business Development, Executive Committee Member

Gabriele has been with the Crédit Agricole Group since 1996 and has over 25 years' experience in the financial sector, both in Italy and internationally. In 2009, Gabriele was appointed Co-General Manager and Head of Sales and Marketing of Amundi in Italy. He joined Amundi Polska TFI S.A. in Poland in 2015 to take on the role of CEO and CIO of Amundi Polska before joining Amundi Austria GmbH.

Gabriele was then successively appointed Deputy CEO of Amundi in Austria in 2018, then CEO in May 2020. In 2022, he became Chief Executive Officer of Amundi Italy.
