Further to the announcement made on 8 July 2026 in relation to the initial public offering (“IPO”) of the equity shares (“Shares”) of SBI Funds Management Limited (“SBIFM”), Amundi announces that the prospectus of SBIFM was filed on 16 July 2026.

The final offer price for this offering has been set at INR 574 per Share, at the upper end of the price range.

A total of 203,709,239 Shares of SBIFM, representing 10% of the total Shares, will have been sold following completion of the IPO and a pre-IPO private placement, including 75,374,842 Shares by Amundi (3.7% of the capital), and 128,334,397 Shares by State Bank of India (6.3% of the capital).

For Amundi, the IPO is expected to generate a capital gain, net of tax and transaction costs, of c. €300 million, to be booked in the third quarter.

The Shares are expected to commence trading on 21 July 2026 on the Indian stock exchanges.
