Bankdata selects Amundi Technology’s ALTO for its modular API based Wealth & Distribution Solution

Bankdata, the technology services consortium of seven Danish banks, has selected Amundi Technology's ALTO Wealth & Distribution solution to bring comprehensive, API-based portfolio analytics and reporting into its ecosystem. The modular platform will enable Bankdata to deliver richer client reporting and streamlined analytics capabilities to its member banks.

Bankdata is an IT company owned by seven Danish banks - AL Sydbank, Jyske Bank, Ringkjøbing Landbobank, SJF Bank, Skjern Bank, Djurslands Bank and Kreditbanken. It develops core banking systems and digital products that give their customers real-time insights into their portfolios and returns, enabling banks to offer relevant advisory services during market fluctuations. Its platform portfolio covers mobile and online banking, card and payments solutions, and capital markets trading systems, and serves one third of Denmark’s population with its service.

ALTO Wealth & Distribution is Amundi Technology’s modular, API-first wealth platform, strengthened by the 2025 integration of aixigo. The combined solution pairs ALTO’s distribution and portfolio-management foundation with aixigo’s advanced analytics and digital-advice capabilities, giving Bankdata access to open APIs that complement and extend its existing wealth management  services. In the initial phase, Bankdata will deploy ALTO’s comprehensive portfolio analytics and reporting module for its member banks’ end clients; the platforms modular architecture will allow Bankdata to add further functionality over time.

Benjamin Lucas, CEO of Amundi Technology:

“I’m delighted to partner with Bankdata to bring ALTO Wealth & Distribution to this major Danish banking network. Bankdata is a recognised leading technology company in the Wealth & Investment market. I’m confident that ALTO will deliver an advanced, API-driven client experience for Bankdata’ member banks. This collaboration further deepens our presence in the Nordics, reinforcing our strategic growth ambitions in the region.”

Allan Lykke Christensen, Vice President, Wealth and Investments, at Bankdata:

“As Bankdata operates in the financial sector, information must be accurate, up to date, and available at all times. Amundi Technology’s platform meets our expectations for high performance and high availability, which is essential as we continue our move into the cloud. In addition, Amundi Technology has demonstrated proven scalability through experience with customers significantly larger than Bankdata.”
