Amundi completes the first closing of its fifth-generation private debt fund targeting institutional investors
Amundi announces the launch of Amundi Senior Private Debt V, with an initial closing of nearly €200 million.
This fund is designed for institutional investors seeking to support the growth of mid-sized companies operating in dynamic sectors, notably healthcare, technology and B2B services, and committed to the energy and digital transitions, as well as to European sovereignty and competitiveness.
The fund offers investors a balanced risk-return profile, through a rigorous selection process and strong portfolio diversification. It invests in senior secured loans granted to companies with EBITDA ranging from €15 million to €50 million.
Classified as Article 8 SFDR*, Amundi Senior Private Debt V incorporates the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and will therefore invest through Sustainability-Linked Loans tied to responsible performance indicators covering both environmental and social pillars.

Our approach aims to offer selective investment solutions based on rigorous risk discipline and long-term support for the companies. This fifth vintage reflects the strength of a franchise that has proven through market cycles its ability to build diversified and resilient portfolios. The capital raised has already begun to be deployed in line with our investment discipline” – Julien Paycha, Head of Corporate Private Debt & Direct Lending at Amundi
